New Cycle Auditions, Tryouts and Casting Calls for 2018 have been Announced for America’s Next Top Model! The New eligibility requirements for this auditions and casting call will be released! ANTM will be accepting new video submissions, they can be sent their mailing address. Leave a comment for more audition information.
What we gather from this is the Producers want mailed in submissions and make unsolicited invitations to girls the producers like on Facebook or other media. It also seems that ANTM will make casting calls if they get enough candidates and they might make open audition in limited markets. For those of you that are interested, stay tuned! It seems that more than likely ANTM will be announcing auditions just to make sure they didn’t miss any amazing talent like YOU!
Here are some great friendly tips for your next big audition!
- YOUR HAIR: make it as simple as possible: best if it is a simple ponytail that can be set loose if needed.
- YOUR SHOES: wear comfy shoes, but bring heels you can walk well in.
- YOUR CLOTHES: jeans & tee is perfectly acceptable. Be comfortable, but don’t look like a slob. It’s a job interview, remember that.
- YOUR FACE: PLEASE, NO MAKEUP: – For real; if you have to wear it, make sure it is as little as you can to appear as natural as possible. ANTM wants to see you as a rough stone so they know what to work with
Swimswit?: to wear or not to wear? I suggest wearing a flattering swimsuit under your clothes; better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
Other stuff: plenty of water and high-energy compact food (energy bars/peanuts/jerky); something to entertain you but NOT engross you to the point where you miss someone calling your name/number. Oh, yeah; and an empty bladder. No kidding; you don’t want to HAVE to go when you are there; salty snacks are good for this.

I am currently 17 but I will be 18 shortly. I am 5’7.5 and am about 128 pounds. I have done a runway show and a few other modeling things but nothing to the extent I would like. I would love to do it all day everyday if I could! I need help though.

I took my daughter to audition. The site states no make up but there were girls there painted like clowns. You should disqualify people who can’t follow direction. Others didn’t even bring an application!

I’ve tried everywhere trying to become a model/actress. I even went to some scams thinking they were legit. I’m actually kind f tired of being told that I can model, but nobody ever believes in me and that’s all you really need is one believer. Hi, obviously my name is April. I am 20 years old and I have literally been trying to prepare to audition since I was about 14 years old. When I finally got myself prepared at 18 when I could officially audition, my world began to spiral out of control. I started dating a guy who not only verbally, but physically abused me. He was arrested and a protective order was put in place, but I messed up JUST like most girls in that situation do. I took him back and let him threaten and force me to drop that protective order. I eventually started to realize that he was neither right nor good for me and I broke up with him but let him live in my apartment with me. Then he began sexually abusing me, it only took one time and a month later I found out I was pregnant. I was 19 at this time and bawled my eyes out. I knew I was too young. I moved back in with my mom and finally got away from him until my mom’s new husband decided I needed to “Grow up” and make things work with the baby’s father. My mother then decided to back him up 100% and kicked me out at 3 months pregnant. I was given a week to find my own place when I had barely even been at my new job for a month, so I ended up moving in with a couple of strangers from craigslist. I then thankfully found my current boyfriend who is my rock, and the best father my son could ever have. I unfortunately need to inform you that watching the past seasons, I have a few things running against me in the competition…. One, I had bad skin through junior high and high school so now even though my skin is soft and smooth, I still have acne scars on my face. Two, I have actually shrank down to skinnier than before I was pregnant, however, I acquired stretchmarks across my stomach and thighs. I thought for sure this would ruin my chances. Also, I’m only 5’7″. I know that is a little short to be a model and I have these other flaws working against me, but I just want to have a chance to prove to you that I CAN make up for those slight things and BE America’s Next Top Model. I have done a few things no one would expect of April, the choir AND band geek (oboe) from high school, and I want to make one of those things being America’s Next Top Model. For all of those short girls, abused girls, and girls forced to remember that abuse as they rock their amazing babies to sleep. I can guarantee that if you give me a chance, I will NOT let you down!

Hi Tyra! I would love to become a contestant on ANTM Cycle 20. I have always been interested in modeling, but most of the time people say I’m to short. I decided to join this modeling/fashion club on campus just to prove to people I can do it. I really hope I can get the opportunity to show people just bc you’re 5’4 doesn’t mean you can’t become a model. It seems to me like America’s Next Top Model is similar to an MBA in the sense that it provides one the chance to change industries. I realize it’s a stretch, but breaking into modeling may be the most difficult and risky move yet. There are countless beautiful women in the world…what makes me unique? Obviously my academic and athletic resume do me no good here. In the end, if there are so many beautiful women trying out, it comes down to heart and art. I am currently a financial analyst, and I would love the opportunity to interview.
